We recommend that you have taken about 4 Intro to Pole classes or Pole Fundamentals: Intro before taking this class.

  • Pole Conditioning (Mixed Level)

This class is designed to help you strengthen muscles, increase stamina and prevent injuries during training through drills, exercises, and prep work both on and off the pole.

Each class will focus on a specific pole technique, including grips, climbs, mounts, hangs, and inversion prep work. This class will help support and/or supplement your pole journey by expanding your movement, increasing your body awareness, and preparing you for pole tricks.

It is recommended that students have taken an Intro to Pole class and have a familiarity with pole before taking this class.

  • Pole Tricks (Mixed Level)

Increase strength while you spin, twirl, twist, and pose around the pole! We begin with spins and climbs to build strength and confidence before advancing into static poses and inverted holds.

Students should have completed PF Intro, or at least 4 Intro to Pole Dance classes. Not for complete beginners.

  • Pole Transitions & Combinations (Level 2)

This class will help you combine your pole tricks into flows both on static and spin. During this 60-minute class, you will learn three to four combinations, each containing three to four tricks. We will also cover tips on making your transitions seamless and fluid.

  • Flexibility 101

This class is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body, which is especially important if your goal is to achieve new poses in your pole practice!

You will learn how to properly warm up your joints and muscles with active exercises and good form before moving into relaxing passive stretches in a safe manner.

Our flexibility classes are open to everyone.

  • Flow Lab

Freestyle is the art of finding out how your body likes to move and celebrating what your body can do, right here, right now. Just like anything else, it takes practice to find your flow!

In this class we’ll explore our movement within the framework of games—using prompts that provide guidance to spark creativity and foster movement exploration.

This class is for every one of all experience and skill levels, across all styles of dance.

  • Hardcore Heels Choreo

This is not your average pole dance class. Heels in mind, we'll be whipping up a delectably digestible course of hard hitting choreo to season, Simmer and SERVE on a silver platter! Carefully curated, each course will compliment that of which preceded it and be all the best adjectives that start with "S": souped-up, saucy, sizzling, and scrumptious, to name some off. But most importantly, it will be sure-fired, because there's no wrong way to dance your heart out, you tasty hot dish, you. **Heels not required but may add a few inches to your outer hot dish.
